Pima County IDA is offering another round of first-time home buyers assistance

The Pima County Industrial Development Authority (Pima IDA) has launched a fifth round of funding for its program aimed at assisting first-time homebuyers.

The program offers down payment assistance for those who qualify.  If the homebuyers stay in their home for five years, the loan for that assistance is fully forgiven.

Funds are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.  Potential first-time homebuyers can learn more and find a list of approved lenders at www.pimatucsonlighthouse.com.

This is the fifth round of funding for the LIGHTHOUSE program.  LIGHTHOUSE provides a valuable service to families looking to purchase their dream home with down payment assistance.
